The pressure tank is designed with angled legs to suit the height, and the size of the material for the legs of the tank. The angled legs cannot be installed for pressure tanks with bottom ports that are located at the bottom of the tank, thus the angled legs have to be installed onto the tank body.
It is cost effective since the standard size for stainless steel angled material is used.
