The barrel dispensing system is ideal for applications that require small dispensing volume and low usage volume.The minimum dispensing volume can be controlled from as low as 0.0001cc per shot (depending on liquid). Additionally, you can use our liquid dispenser controllers DA55n/DV55n series with vacuum mechanism to control dripping and leaking at the dispense needle tip for low viscosity materials.The parts that make contact with the fluid being dispensed are the barrel syringe and dispense needle, thus cleaning is easy. Alternatively, the barrel dispensing system can dispense high viscosity materials by using the barrel plunger.
