B Series Rotary Valve Type (Pneumatic Driven)

The Hibar B Series Rotary Valve precision dispensing pumps have proven reliability in servicing the cosmetic, pharmaceutical and technical industries for over 30 years. These hibar pumps are ideally suitable for medium to high viscosity applications that require small dispensing volume of up to 20cc. or 0.050ml to 20 ml per shot. These pumps provide extremely high dispensing accuracies, typically ±1/2% or better. Precise dispensing volume and speed control via adjustment of the built-in micrometers and precision needle valves. Wear resistant ceramic rotary valve handles high viscosity fluids with particulates up to 100,000 cps.

The discharge rate can be easily changed by a high-precision micrometer.
The suction and discharge speeds can be adjusted separately, so that the optimum dosing conditions can be set.
We have a wide variety of wetted parts materials to handle the discharge of all kinds of liquids.
