PFA / FEP Coating

PFA / FEP coating is coated inside our pressure tanks.

Advantages for PFA / FEP coating are corrosion resistance and it is suitable for materials that cannot come into contact with stainless steel. Additionally, it has excellent anti-adhesiveness as it excels in releasing property against materials of high adhesiveness and it is easy to clean with its adhesion prevention effects. It is also water repellent and heat resistant. It is slippery and has a low friction coefficient property.

Our standard Flouroresin coating is PFA. PTFE, FEP, ETFE coating are also available upon request.
Coating thickness 30μm, 100μm, 300μm are available.
For 300μ coating, the product will be inspected for “No pinhole” before shipment
